These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name] ("Granite") for using Granite. If you use Granite for an organization, you accept them for that organization.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
You own what you put into Granite. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it only to run the service for you, including search, the knowledge base, and live editing. You can export or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Granite to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, attack or overload the service, or get around plan limits or security controls.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Downgrading never deletes data. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps follow the store's terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Granite available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". We may change features; we will give notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
Ending
You may stop using Granite and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will give you a chance to export your data unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Granite is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
